We are looking for a Architectural Draftsman that has well experience in Technical drafting.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Duties:
- Previous work experience as an AutoCAD Draughter.
- Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Advanced knowledge of Mathematics, Science, Engineering, and Architecture.
- Knowledge of state safety and structure regulations.
- Excellent technical design skills.
- Good communication skills.
- A keen eye aesthetic and details.
- Ability to project manage.
- Proactively meet deadlines.
- Provide accurate, timely, and efficient work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Review project specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop original drawings for projects.
- Maintain knowledge of all building codes.
Drafting requirements:
Drafting technicians support the work of technologists, engineers, architects, and other professionals. They prepare engineering and architectural drawings, plans, diagrams, and layouts. They always work as part of a team and may be the only technician on the team.
