We have an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator/Customer Service Agent to join our team in Tuam on a permanent basis. The company is a long-established water treatment company serving domestic and commercial clients nationwide.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating and processing sales orders
- First point of contact for customers
- Annual contact with existing customers to schedule service of water filters
- Invoicing all customers and resolving any credit requests or account queries
- Manage the intercom system and ensure external visitors are granted access to the building, whilst following entry processes
- Support with various ad hoc projects, and various continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with sales reps in relation to queries with their customers
- Route the fleet of engineers and update CRM

Salary: €25,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
