Responsibility
- Being a Senior key account manager for managed accounts who are Suppliers/Brands/Sellers belonging Health and Beauty, Mom and Baby, Fashion
- Responsible for key metrics of the category, such as the number of participants in marketing solutions, monthly spending per seller/brand, number and amount of top-ups, and the number of new participating sellers/brands
- Drive adoption by approaching potential Brands/Sellers, and incentivize them to join the Ads solutions through phone calls, Zalo chats, and webinars, aiming to reach sellers/brands in the most convenient way possible
- Manage Ads Onsite campaigns and optimize category’s performance to ensure optimal ACOS/CIR across the entire system in order to meet the expectations of sellers/brands
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, resolve any issues and problems faced by customers, and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Collaborating closely with the category team to carry out training and consultations to ensure internal understanding of Tiki’s tools, thereby supporting the advisory of marketing solutions
- Collaborating with the product team to contribute new features aimed at improving the sellers/brands experience, thereby providing better solutions
Job Requirement:
A. Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
- Having Experience at least 3 years in account management, sales team of media-agency or publishers
- Having experience in ecommerce, marketing positions will be a plus
- Having passion in the e-commerce industry and strong belief in ecommerce media solutions will be your good point to start a great learning here
B. Professional and Soft Skills:
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enthusiasm for expanding connections, and the ability to handle negative situations
- Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel)
