Responsibilities

1. Improve ecological health and vitality through market mechanism design Mechanism design includes merchant/author evaluation system, credit system, business incentive system, recommended traffic control and other specific businesses 2. Responsible for the ecological construction of e-commerce traffic, and design and implement ecological strategies based on user perspectives combined with e-commerce B-end ecological problems 3 . Design traffic control strategies from the perspective of ecology and users, and coordinate multi-service collaboration to promote project implementation 4. Collaborate with operations, algorithms, and R&D teams to ensure smooth teamwork and the implementation of underlying ecological strategies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 1 year or above working experience as a strategic product manager 2. Excellent teamwork ability, communication and coordination ability and self-motivation ability, able to efficiently promote project implementation Bonus points: Douyin is an in-depth user, with creative experience/experience in e-commerce merchants.
