Job Description: Medical Sales Representative (Laboratory & Diagnostics Equipment and Reagents)

As a Medical Sales Representative specializing in Laboratory & Diagnostics Equipment and Reagents, you will play a vital role in promoting and driving sales for our cutting-edge healthcare solutions. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare institutions, laboratories, and medical professionals to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development: Identify potential clients and target markets to generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our laboratory and diagnostics solutions.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the laboratory and diagnostics sector. Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

4. Sales Targets and Reporting: Set ambitious sales targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management review.

5. Training and Education: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and laboratory staff to provide product training and education. Ensure that customers are well-informed about product usage, maintenance, and best practices.

6. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and technical service, to align sales efforts and provide a seamless customer experience.

7. Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry-related trade shows, conferences, and events to increase brand visibility and network with potential customers.

8. Regulatory Compliance: Stay knowledgeable about relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry and ensure that sales activities are conducted in compliance with the applicable guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Technology, or any medical course) is preferred.

- Proven experience in medical sales or a related field, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of laboratory and diagnostics equipment, reagents, and related products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and deliver compelling sales presentations.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with a high level of initiative.

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
